RICHARD CALDOW, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Richard joined Proven in 1989, working with Gordon Proven on electrical and electronic control systems. As the company became more involved in the renewables sector, Richard began to specialise in wind turbines, becoming systems manager and overseeing production, installation and system design. Richard is the longest-serving member of the Proven Energy team and has played a key role in the company’s growth.
His role as Operations Manager is to head the technical and customer support team within the company, lead and drive the quality processes throughout the organisation and deliver training to resellers/installers.
