KAREN COYLE, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Karen joined Proven Energy in 2001 at a time when the attitude was ‘all hands to the pump’. She has gained a wealth of experience in HR and believes much of this has come from her hands-on experience of most roles within the company; from managing the office to manufacturing and even the occasional installation.
Karen is now responsible for HR duties at a time of rapid growth and is working towards graduate status with CIPD.
Karen's role within the company has extended and now incorporates head of customer support.
