Paul johnston, director, supply chain and quality systems
Paul Johnston joined Proven Energy as Director, Supply Chain and Quality Systems and oversees all supply chain, manufacturing, quality and health & safety activities.
As a Chartered Physicist with 14 years of experience in Operations, Paul has worked across commercial, industrial and defense sectors, mainly in the design and production of electronic systems and components (lasers, semiconductors, electro-optic and electronic systems). He originally started his career as a Nuclear Engineer within the electricity generation sector when he graduated.
Paul has gained valuable experience in organizations at many different stages of their lifecycle, from new start organisations through to well established blue chip companies.
His plan was to be involved in the renewable energy sector, having completed his honours degree project over 15 years ago on wind turbines, and Paul is now relishing the opportunity to work as part of the Proven Energy team.
