Wind turbine company continues to deliver innovations
Scottish wind turbine manufacturer Proven Energy today announces a new product with the unveiling of its 3.2kW machine at The Hampton Courth Palace Flower Show 7-12 July 2009.
The new Proven 7 produces 20% more yield than its predecessor the 2.5kW. This increase will see the new machine produce an equivalent amount of energy to that consumed annually by a large three bedroom house or 1,500ft² facility.
Jonathan Nowill, Director of Engineering with Proven Energy, said ‘The renewables market at the moment is extremely vibrant; interest levels are high due to grants and the prospect of feed-in tariffs. We continually strive to refine existing products and develop new ones. Our aim is to provide solutions for our customers which help save them money and reduce their carbon footprint’.
